  • Discover how different processing methods influence aroma, acidity, and body.

  • Brew and savor cascara tea—made from the dried skin of the coffee cherry, this herbal infusion offers fruity notes reminiscent of hibiscus, red currants, and dried fruits.

  • Taste three single-origin coffees from different coffee-belt regions, guided through the professional cupping method.
