The xBloom Subscription

Subscribe to xBloom for a straightforward monthly fee. You can maintain your subscription for as long as you wish, with no long-term commitment, and you’re free to cancel at any time. If your product encounters an issue due to normal use that we can't easily address, we will either fix it or provide a replacement.Subscribing to Foundry Roaster’s Specialty Coffee Club xBloom Studio rental is not a financing or rent-to-own agreement. Therefore, there is no long-term payment obligation, installment plan, or requirement to purchase the product.Once you subscribe to one of our xBloom Studio plans, a Foundry Representative will contact you to arrange your installation and demonstration. We will prorate your first billing cycle accordingly once your xBloom is installed.

Foundry Roasters offers the opportunity to rent a new or gently-used xBloom Studio coffee maker in the Autopilot subscriptionplan. The Copilot subscription plans includes a new or gently-used xBloom Studio coffee maker, an Omni Dripper 2, and a starter pack, all for a simple monthly fee. We will also consistently update and maintain up to three programmed recipes specifically designed for your whole bean coffee purchases.

The starter pack features one organizer, a coffee ground brush, and a beginner set of xbloom coffee filters designed for use with the Omni Dripper 2.

Enjoy a no-cost replacement for any problem arising from normal use. Your product is eligible as long as payments remain current. In cases of severe damage from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may apply up to full replacement cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@foundryroasters.com. We will schedule a pick-up date for the equipment and accessories within seven days of your cancellation request. Once we receive and inspect the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, your subscription will be canceled, and you will no longer incur recurring charges. Please note that in cases of substantial damage resulting from misuse or abuse, a damage fee may be applied.

To enter into the subscription agreement, you must be at least 18 years old. A valid U.S. government-issued ID is required to verify your age and identity. You must also reside within the delivery radius for Huntsville, Alabama. *Available in the following area codes: 35801, 35802, 35805, and 35806
