We embarked on a flavorful journey to create a nonalcoholic Old Fashioned that captures the essence of this classic cocktail without the alcohol. The adventure began with a base of iced Aeropress coffee, providing a robust and invigorating foundation. To this, we added a rich smoked maple pecan syrup, infusing the drink with a warm, nutty sweetness that dances on the palate. Finally, a hint of orange essence was introduced, adding a bright and citrusy note that ties everything together. The result is a delightful beverage that offers a sophisticated and refreshing experience, perfect for those looking to indulge without the buzz.

We begin our journey using the coffee siphon brewing method. As the process unfolds, we blend apple juice and fresh orange slices with a mix of spices, allowing their fragrances to fill the air. A vanilla bean is added, infusing the mixture with its sweet notes. Next, we add a touch of apple toddy sweetener, enhancing the flavors. Finally, rich, aromatic coffee joins the mix, creating a unique infusion. The siphon continues to work its magic, resulting in a 15 minute brew that delights the senses.

We have partnered with Curious Elixirs to create a delightful blend of our cascara coffee tea infused with cardamom rosemary sweetener and their very first vintage. This dry, medium-bodied nonalcoholic red wine is crafted from California Syrah grapes and features 24 carefully selected ingredients, including ashwagandha, kanna, and passionflower, designed to soothe the body, open the heart, and calm the mind. We then steam this infusion into a warm, silky glass, perfect for cozy moments.

We enhance this experience by pairing a house-made chocolate truffle, crafted from our signature freeze-dried specialty instant coffee, semi-sweet bean-to-bar chocolate morsels, and rich heavy cream. It's finished with a dusting of our cacao brewing chocolate and brown sugar.
